The Harrier.ev RWD employs a 238 PS electric motor at the rear. The QWD version gets an additional 158 PS front motor, with a combined torque of 504 Nm from the dual-motor setup. The electric SUV is claimed to reach 100 kmph from standstill in just 6.3 seconds.

Tata is offering two battery packs -- 65 kWh and 75 kWh -- with the Harrier.ev. For the RWD 75 kWh version, the certified range is 627 km on a single full charge, while the QWD 75 kWh is good for 622 km. The company claimed a real-world range of 480-505 km for the RWD 75 kWh version.

The Harrier.ev's off-roading capabilities are enhanced by features like drift and boost modes, and as many as six terrain modes -- normal, grass/snow, mudruts/gravel, sand, rock crawl and a user configurable mode. The transparent mode (540-degree surround view) beams what is beneath the vehicle on the infotainment screen.

The electric SUV boasts features like a Samsung Neo QLED-powered 14.53-inch touch infotainment screen, which is claimed to be the world's first Neo QLED automotive display, JBL Black 10 speaker system with JBL audio modes and Dolby Atmos, e-Valet auto park assist, and voice-assisted panoramic sunroof.
