Orient Cement’s third quarter net profit was up 35.7 percent at Rs 31.1 crore versus Rs 23 crore, in a year ago period.
The company’s total income rose 12.6 percent to Rs 384 crore against Rs 341 crore during the same period.
The EBITDA was up 23.1 percent at Rs 61 crore versus Rs 50 crore and operating margin was up 130 basis points at 15.9 percent versus 14.6 percent on year-on-year basis.
Orient Cement ended at Rs 190.05, down Rs 1.65, or 0.86 percent. It has touched a 52-week high of Rs 200 on the BSE.
