On March 12, 2015 Goldman Sachs India Fund Limited bought 12,54,658 shares of INOX Leisure at Rs 175 on the BSE.

However, Inox Benefit Trust sold 45,00,000 shares at Rs 175 and Norges Bank On Account Of Government Pension Fund Global bought 11,00,000 shares at Rs 175.

On Thursday, INOX Leisure closed at Rs 174.90, up Rs 2.90, or 1.69 percent on the BSE.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 197.30 and 52-week low Rs 110.60 on 21 November, 2014 and 21 March, 2014, respectively.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 2.51 per share. (Dec, 2014). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 69.68. The latest book value of the company is Rs 40.56 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 4.31.
