Individual buys Fair Deal Filaments stake for over Rs 3 crore

One Aatur Harshad Mehta today bought 12 percent stake in textile firm Fair Deal Filaments for over Rs 3 crore through an open market transaction.

One Aatur Harshad Mehta today bought 12 percent stake in textile firm Fair Deal Filaments for over Rs 3 crore through an open market transaction.

According to the bulk deal data available with BSE, Mehta purchased 7.25 lakh shares, amounting to 11.98 percent stake in Fair Deal Filaments.

The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 47.85, valuing the transaction at Rs 3.47 crore, the data showed.

The shares of Fair Deal Filaments settled for the day on BSE at Rs 47.85, up 19.92 percent from its previous close.
