GMR receives Rs 415 cr dues from Air India, co stock up
The GMR Group has received Rs 415 crore from national carrier Air India for using airport infrastructure at Delhi and Hyderabad. Shares of GMR- the operator of Delhi and Hyderabad airports rose 2.33% to Rs 19.80 at 10:10 am.

GMR Infra has received Rs 415 crore from national carrier Air India (AI) for using infrastructure at Delhi and Hyderabad airports. Shares of GMR- the operator of Delhi and Hyderabad airports rose 2.33% to Rs 19.80 at 10:10 am.
AI has received Rs 2000 crore from the finance ministry in the last winter session of the parliament toward its turnaround plan to enhance revenues. AI will be clearing its dues first to all the private airport operators and PLIs (Productivity Linked Incentives) to the employees and then will pursue initiatives to attain operational efficiencies.
