Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') we would like to intimate that the Board of Director of the Company has, in its Meeting held on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Corporate Office situated at 701, A Wing, Trade World, Kamala Mills Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai - 400013 inter-alia, transected following:

1.Re-appointed Mr. Murarilal Mittal (DIN: 00010689) as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 17, 2017;

2.Accepted Form DIR-8 of Mr. Anthony D'Souza (DIN: 06707269),Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company due to his disqualification u/s 164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 and relieving himw.e.f.October 17, 2017; and

3.Appointed Mr. Ajai Kumar (DIN: 02446976) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) of the Company w.e.f. October 17, 2017.
