Women's Next Loungeries has now inform that the Board could not approve the results for the half year ended September 30, 2014 due to lengthy discussion. The Meeting shall continue on November 22, 2014 to approve the remaining agenda items including approving the above said results of the Company.

With reference to earlier announcement dated November 14, 2014 regarding Board Meeting was adjourned due to lack of quorum on November 21, 2014, Women's Next Loungeries Ltd has now inform BSE that the Board could not approve the results for the half year ended September 30, 2014 due to lengthy discussion.
