Tata Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 20, 2012 to August 10, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend.The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched on and after August 14, 2012.Source : BSE
