Pantaloon Retail has informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai has issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to section 23(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 on March 16, 2013 consequent to change in the name of the Company from Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited to Future Retail Limited.
