Good Luck Steel Tubes at its meeting held on November 18, 2013, has considered and approved issue of upto 22,85,000 warrants on preferential basis to person belonging to non promoter category. The aforesaid decision of the Board of Directors of the Company is subject to the approval of the members and other competent authorities.

Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 18, 2013, inter alia, has considered and approved issue of upto 22,85,000 warrants on preferential basis to person belonging to non promoter category.The aforesaid decision of the Board of Directors of the Company is subject to the approval of the members and other competent authorities. The Board of Directors also decided to call an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the Company on December 23, 2013 to consider and approve the aforesaid preferential issue.Source : BSE
