Meta launches Vibes feed in AI app to let users create, remix, and share AI-powered videos

Meta is rolling out an exciting update to its Meta AI app, introducing a new feature called Vibes. The feature, now available as an early preview on the Meta AI app and at meta.ai, lets users create, share, and remix AI-generated short-form videos.

Vibes is designed to help people find creative inspiration and experiment with Meta AI’s media tools. As users scroll through the feed, they’ll see a variety of AI-generated videos from other creators and communities. Over time, the feed will become more personalized, showing content tailored to each user’s interests.

What makes Vibes interesting is its focus on creation. Users can start a video from scratch, work with content they already have, or remix a video they find in the feed. They can add new visuals, layer in music, and adjust styles to match their taste. Once finished, videos can be shared directly to the Vibes feed, sent via direct message, or posted to Instagram and Facebook Stories and Reels. If someone sees a Meta AI video on Instagram, they can even tap through to remix it directly in the Meta AI app.

Meta says it is continuing to develop more powerful creation tools and AI models with the help of visual artists and creators, promising even more advanced features in the future.

Beyond Vibes, the Meta AI app continues to serve as a hub for managing AI glasses, capturing moments, and exploring creative possibilities with photos and videos. The built-in Meta AI assistant is also available to provide answers, ideas, and inspiration.
