iPhone 17 to get up to Rs 10,000 off during Apple Holiday Season sale: All the details

Apple’s Holiday Season sale in India is offering up to Rs 10,000 off on the iPhone 17, MacBook Air M4, and more. Here’s a simple explainer of the best deals, why the iPhone 17 offer stands out, and how other Apple products compare across retailers.

Apple’s Holiday Season sale has officially begun in India, and if you’ve been planning to buy an iPhone 17, this might be the best moment to do it. Apple is offering discounts across its entire product lineup from the latest iPhones to MacBooks, Watches, iPads, and even AirPods. While most of these deals come through bank cashback rather than straight price cuts, the savings are still significant, especially for premium products.

Let’s start with the headline offer: the iPhone 17.

Apple is giving Rs 5,000 instant cashback on the iPhone 17 series through select ICICI, Axis, and American Express credit cards. Availability has been a challenge, with the standard iPhone 17 sold out on almost every major platform — Flipkart, Amazon, Croma, and Vijay Sales. That makes Apple’s own website the most dependable place to buy it right now. Apple.in isn’t giving massive cuts, but the small Rs 1,000 direct discount plus bank cashback still makes it the safest and most reliable deal at the moment.

For the iPhone 17 Pro, the price remains at the original launch figure of Rs 1,34,900, but users can get Rs 5,000 cashback with partner cards. Apple is also offering Rs 4,000 cashback on the older iPhone 16 series, although online retailers are beating this with discounts going as high as Rs 9,000.

So why is this the best iPhone 17 deal right now?

Simply because stock scarcity has driven prices up everywhere else. While other platforms are out of stock or not offering any benefits, Apple.in is currently the only major seller providing assured availability plus a bank offer, making this the most value you can extract from an iPhone 17 purchase today.

Now, let’s talk about the rest of Apple’s festive offers.

The 13-inch MacBook Air M4, originally priced at Rs 99,900, becomes far more attractive with a Rs 10,000 instant cashback, bringing the cost down to Rs 89,900. The 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models also receive the same Rs 10,000 cashback, taking their effective prices to Rs 1,59,900 and Rs 2,39,900.

Interestingly, third-party retailer Vijay Sales is offering even steeper deals on some models. For example, the MacBook Air M4 (16GB + 256GB) is listed at Rs 91,900 without conditions, and with SBI or ICICI card offers, the final price drops to Rs 81,900 — lower than Apple’s own effective price. However, these bigger cuts don’t extend to the higher-end MacBook Pro models, where Apple’s Rs 10,000 cashback still brings the best value.

Apple’s wide ecosystem is also discounted:

–Apple Watch Series 11: Rs 4,000 off

–Apple Watch SE 3: Rs 2,000 off

–AirPods Pro 3 and AirPods 4: Rs 1,000 cashback

–iPad Air: Rs 4,000 off

–iPad and iPad mini: Rs 3,000 off

Buyers also get a free 3-month Apple Music subscription with any Apple Watch purchase and a free 3-month Apple TV+ subscription with every Apple device bought on Apple.in.

With retailers competing aggressively and Apple sweetening the deal through cashback and subscriptions, this year’s Holiday Season sale is shaping up to be one of the best times to buy a new iPhone — especially the iPhone 17 — before prices settle back to normal.
