Backbone One gaming controller launched in India: Price, availability, and features

Backbone has entered the Indian market with the launch of its flagship product, the Backbone One gaming controller. Designed for mobile gaming, the device supports iOS and Android devices. The announcement follows its showcase during Apple’s iPhone 16 event.

The Backbone One controller is now available exclusively on Amazon India. The USB-C and Lightning models start at Rs 7,769, with premium configurations priced at Rs 12,400.

The Backbone One controller is compatible with iPhones and Android devices, including the latest iPhone 16 series. Key features include:

Control options: Ultra-responsive analogue triggers, precise thumbsticks, and a tactile D-pad.

Magnetic adapters: Custom-fit compatibility for a range of phone sizes.

Design: A travel-ready collapsible design with support for charging while playing.

Additional features: A 3.5mm audio port and instant gameplay capture.

The Backbone One supports USB-C for iPhone 15/16 and Android devices, while a Lightning variant is available for earlier iPhone generations. It also comes in a PlayStation Edition designed in collaboration with the PlayStation team.
