    Stocks to WatchPiramal Pharma

    The US FDA conducted a general Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspection of Piramal Pharma’s Lexington (Kentucky, USA) facility from December 3–10. At the conclusion of the inspection, the US FDA issued a Form 483 with four observations. These observations relate to enhancements in procedures and will be classified as VAI (Voluntary Action Indicated).

    Infosys

    The IT firm has completed its share buyback and announced the extinguishment of 10 crore equity shares via the tender offer.

    Additionally, Shreyas Shibulal, son of Infosys co-founder SD Shibulal, sold 19.92 lakh shares (0.05% stake) in Infosys on December 10–11 for Rs 317 crore, reducing his shareholding to 0.44%. Bhairavi Madhusudhan Shibulal, daughter-in-law of Infosys co-founder SD Shibulal, offloaded 5.42 lakh shares (0.01% stake) for Rs 86.21 crore on December 10, reducing her shareholding to 0.12%.

    Rama Steel Tubes

    The company announced its plan to acquire Automech Group, a UAE-based high-precision manufacturing services, machines, and components provider, for AED 296 million (Rs 728 crore). This strategic transaction will help the company diversify into high-value engineering services and strengthen its presence across the GCC and MENA regions.

    Firstsource Solutions

    The company’s subsidiary has completed the acquisition of Pastdue Credit Solutions (PDC), an FCA-registered UK-based collections agency engaged in providing white-label early arrears, debt collection, and recovery services, for GBP 22 million.

    Kirloskar Ferrous Industries

    Operations at the Hiriyur plant in Karnataka continue to remain suspended due to additional time required for maintenance and repair activities.

    Kansai Nerolac Paints

    The Board has granted approval for the sale of the company’s entire 60% stake in Kansai Paints Lanka, its subsidiary in Sri Lanka, to Atire, a Sri Lankan entity. The company will be executing an agreement for the sale of its stake.

    TRF

    Anand Chand has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective December 11, to pursue other opportunities within the Tata Steel Group.

    The Board has appointed Animesh Upadhyay as Chief Financial Officer and KMP of the company, effective December 12.

    NBCC (India)

    The company has received a project management consultancy order worth Rs 255.50 crore from NALCO, and another worth Rs 33.89 crore from SAIL Bokaro.

    Vedanta

    The company has been declared the successful bidder for the Genjana nickel, chromium, and PGE block.

    This successful bid under the Critical Mineral Auctions — Tranche III, will further strengthen the company’s critical minerals portfolio.

    RRP Defense

    RRP Defense has announced a collaboration with Israel-based Meprolight for advanced electro-optics and weapon sights in India. Meprolight is a global leader in electro-optics, night-vision, and weapon-sight systems.

    Honasa Consumer

    The company has announced the acquisition of BTM Ventures, the parent company of Reginald Men, founded in August 2022 by Trisha Reddy Talasani. Reginald Men, a premium personal-care brand for men, offers sunscreen and serum, which are focus categories for Honasa.

    As part of the transaction, Honasa will acquire a 95% stake at an enterprise value of Rs 195 crore. The remaining 5% will be acquired after 12 months based on pre-agreed valuation criteria.

    Tata Power Company

    The company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy, a wholly owned subsidiary of REC, for the acquisition of Jejuri Hinjewadi Power Transmission, a project special purpose vehicle (SPV), for Rs 155.78 crore.

    The project SPV includes construction of approximately 115 km of 400 kV double-circuit (D/c) transmission line between Jejuri and Hinjewadi, along with extension of 400 kV GIS line bays at substations in both locations.

    Cyient

    The company has acquired Abu Dhabi & Gulf Computer Est. (ADGCE), an Abu Dhabi-based technology consulting and digital services provider, to better serve customers across the region’s critical energy, utilities, transportation, and connectivity sectors.

    Block DealsUflex

    First Water Fund, part of First Water Capital founded by Arun Chulani and Kunal Bhakta in 2017, has picked up an additional 5.45 lakh shares (0.75% stake) in Uflex, the packaging solutions provider, for Rs 25.07 crore at Rs 460 per share from K2 Family Private Trust.

    Additionally, on December 3, both parties exchanged 3 lakh shares of Uflex at Rs 477 per share.

    As a result, the shareholding of First Water Fund may have increased to 3.64%, from 2.47% at the end of September 2025.

    Yes Bank

    BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 1.77 crore equity shares (0.05% stake) in the bank for Rs 37.4 crore at Rs 21.08 per share, from Copthall Mauritius Investment.

    Gallantt Ispat

    Gallantt Industry bought 9.67 lakh shares (0.4% stake) in Gallantt Ispat for Rs 57.05 crore at Rs 590 per share, from K and K Ventures.
