Saudi National Bank appoints Al Ghamdi as chairman

Saudi National Bank said on Monday Chief Executive Officer Saeed Mohammed Al Ghamdi would succeed Chairman Ammar Abdul Wahed Al Khudairy following his resignation due to personal reasons.

The bank's board also appointed Talal Ahmed Al Khereiji as the acting CEO, with all changes effective March 27.
