Russian wheat prices declined further as dry weather accelerated 2014 harvest and officials raised their crop forecasts, according to the commodity analysts. Russia, one of the world`s main wheat exporters, could exceed 100 million tonnes of harvest due to improved weather conditions, said the Agriculture Ministry Official.By: Skymetweather.com
