Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh shared an intimate glimpse into their fairy-tale wedding, nearly half a decade after tying the knot in Italy. The wedding video was unveiled during the eighth season premiere of the popular talk show, "Koffee With Karan," and it didn't disappoint. Not only did it showcase their nuptials, but it also offered fans a rare peek into their love story's most cherished moments.
The video commences with Ranveer Singh, ever the romantic, reminiscing about his heartfelt proposal to Padukone in the Maldives, followed by a whirlwind trip to Bengaluru to introduce himself to her parents and break the engagement news.
Deepika's father, former badminton champion Prakash Padukone, joins in, playfully acknowledging how Ranveer brought an exhilarating dose of excitement to their previously "boring" family of four.
The wedding chronicle shows Ranveer dancing with uninhibited zeal during the mehendi function. He tries to sneak a peek at Deepika before the wedding which was not allowed as he said “I love you” to her. The couple's exchange of vows at the mandap, the Anand Karaj ceremony, and engagement ceremony also feature in the clip.
Deepika, in the clip, said after the rituals everything seemed “complete”. The two tied the knot in October 2018 in Lake Como and held a number of wedding receptions in India as well.

Host Karan Johar was visibly moved by the video, his emotions welling up as the clip played.
