Xiaomi launches the TV Stick 4K in India: Check here for specs, price

The smart tv stick supports 4K, and features built-in Chromecast functionality

Xiaomi has launched the TV Stick 4K in India. The Chinese technology giant launched the smart TV stick in December 2021, and it has now finally made its way to the Indian market.

Pricing and Availability 

The TV Stick 4K will be sold in India for Rs 4,999, and can only be purchased exclusively on the Mi.com website, starting February 20.

Specifications

The TV Stick 4K will use Google's Android TV 11 operating system which was released in 2020. It will use Xiaomi's PatchWall UI interface overlay.

As the name suggests, it supports 4K resolution, and runs on a quad-core Cortex A35 SoC with a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU. It has 2GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage.

It comes with a remote with dedicated buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ Hotstar. It also comes pre-installed with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube apps pre-installed. It has built-in Chromecast functionality.

It has one HDMI 2.1 port, and a Micro-USB port, and comes with an HDMI extender and power adapter. It supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity.
