Speaking during the 'Connecting Generations, Bridging Geographies' session, Scindia, discussed how India’s youth and the Northeast are key to the nation’s transformation.
"Starlink needs to comply with all the security requirements. They are in the process of it, once they comply we will give a licence to the company," Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said.
