The Suzuki GIXXER SF 250 and GIXXER 250 are powered by high performance 250 cc engine exclusively developed for India using the Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS) technology along with an easy to handle chassis, SMIPL said in a statement.
The Gixxer SF now gets the company’s MotoGP livery with the signature Suzuki Racing Blue colour with ‘Ecstar’ decals on both sides.
The 2019 Gixxer retains its muscular design, though it gets a new, beefier fuel tank and sharper tank extensions.
It is expected that Gixxer 250 will be to the Gixxer SF 250 what the current Gixxer is to the Gixxer SF 155.
Though the details of the upcoming two-wheeler are unknown, there are certain assumptions which can be made.
It is for the first time that a model manufactured by Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIPL) is being exported to Japan where its parent company Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) is based.
It had launched Access 125 in 2007 Suzuki Motorcycle today unveiled two variants of Gixxer -- Gixxer and Gixxer SF-Fi.
