The meeting will take place at Sisodia's residence and is expected to focus on the party's electoral strategy and preparations for the Delhi assembly elections scheduled for next year.

A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta adjourned the matter after it was informed by Additional Solicitor General S V Raju, appearing for the Enforcement Directorate (ED), that the order on Singh's regular bail plea had been reserved by the Delhi High Court on January 31.

During the pronouncement, SC orally observed that a money trail of Rs. 338 crore is tentatively established.
The court will hear the plea for interim bail along with that for regular bail. It has also asked the Enforcement Directorate and Central Bureau of Investigation to give it a clear picture of the money trail
The high court has held that the writ petition is not maintainable as the company could challenge the order at the appellate authority under the excise law.
This matter has to be visited with a different approach as a deep rooted conspiracy involving huge loss of public funds has been alleged, the court observed while rejecting his bail application.
Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma denied the relief to the AAP leader, who was arrested on February 26, saying the allegations against him are very serious in nature.
