    • US arm sale to reduce EPS by Re 1 in FY12: 3i Infotech

      3i Infotech has sold its billing and payments based US subsidiary, Regulus GRP and J&P Software, to global private equity player Cerebrus Capital. V Srinivasan, 3i Infotech says, stake sale will reduce earnings per share (EPS) by Re 1 in FY12.
