The internet users had a field day after a video reportedly showing the condition of the India side and the Pakistan side during flooding at the Attari-Wagah border surfaced online.

The video, the timing of which remains unconfirmed, showed the Indian side clean while the Pakistani side was filthy after floods on both sides. Several users made comparisons after the video surfaced online.

Posting the video on X, one user wrote, "Scenes at Wagah-Attari Border. Clearly a shining Mercedes on one side and a dump truck on another side."

Another wrote, "A shining Mercedes on one side and dump truck on the other side. Even nature is mocking Pakistan."

Much like several Indian towns and cities, Pakistan is currently facing floods after incessant rainfall has been gripping the country. Reports have said that the country has evacuated at least 150,000 people in areas along three rivers in its agricultural regions as the danger of flooding looms high.

India had earlier warned that it planned to release excess water from a dam earlier this week. The release of excess water could potentially increase flooding in Pakistan's Punjab province.

For the uninitiated, three rivers — Ravi, Sutlej, and Chenab — flow into Pakistan from India and are currently witnessing high levels of water, leading to possible flooding, Pakistan's National Disaster Management Authority said on Tuesday.
