Bulk deals: Ashish Chugh sells Rs 17.27 lakh worth of shares in Sparc Electrex

Veteran Investor Ashish Chugh sold 57,098 shares or a 0.29 percent stake in Sparc Electrex at an average price of Rs 30.25 on February 13. Chugh sold Rs 17.27 lakh worth of equities through open market transactions according to data from BSE. Ashish Chugh held a 1.02 percent stake in the company.

Bruben Commercial, another company that invested in Sparc, also sold 38,300 shares at Rs 31.33 per share or a 0.56 percent stake in the company. It previously held a 4.38 percent stake in the company.

Meanwhile, ARK Global Emerging Companies LP picked up 2,03,600 shares in Antony Waste Handling Cell at an average price of Rs 526.73 valuing the deal at Rs 10.72 crore.

In Mahangar Telephone Nigam, Ferns Investments sold 20,00,000 shares at an average price of Rs 39.24 valuing the transaction at Rs 7.84 crore.

In Prudent Corporate Advisory Services, Zulia Investments PTE bought 32,51,932 shares at an average price of Rs 1,250 valuing the deal at Rs 406.49 crore. Meanwhile, TA FDI Investors sold 33,12,534 shares in the company at an average price of Rs 1250.04 and sold Rs 414.08 crore worth of shares.
