Auto components manufacturer JMT Auto shares rallied more than 6 percent intraday Wednesday after the stock adjusted for sub division of shares.

The board of directors of the company, on August 4, approved sub division of equity share from face value of Rs 2 each into two shares of the face value of Re 1 each fully paid-up.

The Amtek Group company has fixed September 22 as record date for sub-division of equity share.

JMT Auto manufactures over several auto components - gears, shafts, pins, bushes, idler bearings etc.

At 11:08 hours IST, the scrip of JMT Auto was quoting at Rs 25.50, up Rs 1.35, or 5.59 percent on the BSE.Posted by Sunil Shankar Matkar
