Avinnash Gorakssakar, Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "If the investors have an 18-24 month view, one can definitely look at Karur Vysya Bank. In terms of the geographical range, in terms of the loan book growth, clearly this is a midsized bank which has a fairly good scalable kind of business model."
"The asset quality in the previous quarter came in under a little bit of pressure but the management is pretty confident that it should be able to show a decent performance in the coming year. Our sense is that the time window should be at least 18 months. Only then the investor can make a decent reward from the current price. So if the investor is a long-term investor, one should go out and buy it," he said.
