Investor Shankar Sharma picked up stake in Bigbloc Construction. Sharma bought 3.65 lakh shares, or a 0.51 percent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 235, translating to Rs 8.57 crore worth of shares.
Bigbloc Construction has a 27.58 percent public shareholding in the company. Nxt Fab Private and Nxt Polyester Private are other public shareholders in the company, owing stake of 3.62 percent and 3.27 percent, respectively.
The Surat-headquartered company, which was incorporated in 2015, is engaged in the manufacture, sale and marketing of AAC (Aerated Autoclaved Concrete) Blocks.
Bigbloc Construction will declare its quarterly results on May 7.
Shares of Bigbloc Construction gained eight percent to Rs 268 on the NSE.
In Dudigital Global, Ind Swift Laboratories bought 5 lakh shares, or a 0.71 percent stake at Rs 80 per share. Ind Swift has been buying stake in the company in the past couple of trading sessions, and bought 5 lakh shares on May 2 and 3 as well.
Dudigitial Global provides VISA processing businesses to embassies of various countries. Its stock rose 3.63 percent to Rs 80 on the NSE.
