Deven Choksey report on Gujarat Fluorochemicals
Gujarat Fluorochemical Q2FY26 revenue grew by 1.9% YoY (-5.5% QoQ) to INR 12,100 Mn, missing our estimates by 11.7%. Topline performance reflected continued strength in fluoropolymers (+8% YoY, though -4% QoQ due to US tariff impact), partially offset by a sharp contraction in fluorochemicals (-15% YoY on lower R22/R125 volumes).
Outlook
We roll forward our valuation and value Gujarat Fluorochemicals at 37.0x Sep’27 EPS, implying a target price of INR 3,798. Accordingly, we maintain an “ACCUMULATE” rating on the stock.
