Compact Disc touched an intraday high of Rs 51.90 and an intraday low of Rs 46.25. At 12:35 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 51.90, up Rs 8.65, or 20%.

The company said that, expect to delist company within 3-4 months. The buyback price will be 30-35% higher than CMP, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
There were pending buy orders of 290,798 shares, with no sellers available.
 
It was trading with volumes of 365,102 shares, compared to its five-day average of 39,178 shares, an increase of 831.91%.
 
In the previous trading session, the share closed up 19.97% or Rs 7.20 at Rs 43.25.
