Business AI company Uniphore has raised $260 million in a Series F round from tech giants NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, valuing the firm at $2.5 billion.
Existing investors NEA, March Capital, Prosperity7 Ventures, and National Grid Partners also participated in the round.
Uniphore will use the funds to accelerate innovation on its Business AI Cloud platform and deepen its global ecosystem, the firm said in a statement on October 22.
“The Series F raise is unique because it combines top-tier financial investors with the world’s leading AI and data companies,” co-founder and CEO of Uniphore Umesh Sachdev said. “This strategic alignment validates our position as a Business AI leader helping Fortune 500 firms unlock the true value of AI.”
Founded in 2008 by Sachdev and Ravi Saraogi, Uniphore started as a conversational AI company in Chennai, focusing on automating voice-based customer support. Over the years, it evolved into a full-fledged business AI platform that combines speech recognition, computer vision, and generative AI to automate workflows and decision-making for large enterprises.
The company, now headquartered in Palo Alto, counts more than 2,000 clients, including Allstate, Dell, Priceline, and The Washington Post.
NVIDIA’s vice president of AI software Hemant Dhulla said Uniphore is “enabling an agentic enterprise,” while AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks highlighted the platform’s strength in securely orchestrating data, models, and AI agents. The investment comes amid rising global demand for enterprise-ready AI platforms that can move companies from AI pilots to production at scale.
