Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com is of the view that one can sell Mahindra and Mahindra and Coal India and buy Manappuram Finance while can hold Tech Mahindra.

Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) is a short sell. Short sells are only for intraday. Coal India which is already consistently weak, continues to be a short."

"Manappuram Finance at current level could be a buying opportunity. It has fallen less, it is an outperformer and we could buy it."

"Vedanta, Hindalco Industries, Tata Steel, etc. whatever gains they were going to make because of good news, has already come about. I don’t see them gaining any further. So, it is best to step aside. If you already own them, you should take profits," he said.

"Tech Mahindra is now bottoming out, it has probably seen the worst of its price declines and that is behind it. However, this bottoming out process takes a long time, so you have to be very patient. I think you should hold on, but don’t think that you will get big gain in the near future. The gains will take their time coming, but the stock is now beginning a new bull market and stay there."

"It is a very difficult call to take on Sun Pharmaceutical Industries now because if you sell, then you are almost guaranteed a loss at a point when Sun Pharmaceutical is again like Tech Mahindra, it is bottoming out. My suggestion is hold. You have to be patient, there is nothing you can do about it, hold on," he added.
