DLF appoints Badal Bagri as Chief Financial Officer of the company

Bagri has considerable experience in the fields of corporate finance and controllership, treasury, strategic planning, financial planning, risk management and investor relations, the company said.

The company said that Bagri is a chartered accountant and cost accountant with a total work experience of over 30 years.

Delhi NCR-based listed real estate developer DLF Ltd has appointed Badal Bagri as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bagri, who is 52 years old, will officially assume his charge as DLF CFO on December 6, the realty firm said in an exchange filing.

The company said that Bagri is a chartered accountant and cost accountant with a total work experience of over 30 years.Prior to this appointment, Bagri has served as business head of the electronics verticals at Reliance Retail Limited. Prior to that Bargi was CFO of Bharti Airtel Limited as had also held finance leadership roles at Genpact and GE India.

Bagri has considerable experience in the fields of corporate finance and controllership, treasury, strategic planning, financial planning, risk management and investor relations, the company said.

Upon the appointment of Badal Bagri as CFO, DLF MD Ashok Kumar Tyagi, who was given an additional charge, will cease to hold the position of CFO with effect from December 6, 2024, the company said.
