NAVs surge as market advanced led by liquidity driven rally

Equity funds saw an upsurge in the previous trading session led by sharp spike in the markets. . The BSE benchmark rose 225.95 points or 1.28%, to close at 17,813.62. Meanwhile, the NSE benchmark retained its 5400 level quite nicely; it climbed 69.95 points or 1.31% to 5,429.50.

Equity funds saw an upsurge in the previous trading session led by sharp spike in the markets. All the Equity and Balanced funds ended in a green zone with no decline.


The sector funds too ended well as the uptick in the market was cause by buying in the major sectors like Banking & Finance and Technology. Funds across sector closed in a positive terrain with no loser registered in any category.
