Tourism Finance Corporation of India

The company has decided to act as an investor of up to 5 percent of the corpus in Oxyzo Credit Fund I, a debt-focused, diversified sectors Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).

Gabion Technologies India

The company has received vendor approval / a Notice of No Objection (NONO) for its rock catch fence/barrier system for use in Package C3 of the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) project. Package C3 of the MAHSR project has been awarded to Larsen & Toubro Construction and includes the execution of civil works such as viaducts, tunnels, earthworks, and slope protection systems.

Bulk Deals

India Homes

Lloyds Enterprises has purchased 71 lakh shares, equivalent to 1.78 percent of the paid-up equity, in India Homes at Rs 13.8 per share for a total consideration of Rs 9.79 crore. Meanwhile, MK Banka (HUF) sold 68.25 lakh shares at the same price.

As per the December 2025 shareholding pattern, Lloyds Enterprises held a 3.43 percent equity stake in India Homes.

Onward Technologies

Rational Equity Flagship Fund I, backed by Krishnamurthy Narayanan Iyer, former India CEO of Walmart, has acquired 1.14 lakh shares, representing a 0.5 percent stake, in Onward Technologies at Rs 348.16 per share for a total value of Rs 3.99 crore.
