    The company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with Khorlochhu Hydro Power (KHPL) for the acquisition of a 40% stake in KHPL for Rs 830 crore. The investment will be made in one or more tranches in the equity stake of KHPL.

    The IT services company has completed the acquisition of Blitz 24-893 SE, Germany, through its subsidiary, Infosys Singapore Pte.

    Dr Reddy's Laboratories

    The pharma company has launched Elobixibat, a drug to treat chronic constipation, in India. It will market Elobixibat under the brand name BixiBat.

    Macquarie Emerging Markets Asian Trading and Macquarie Bank each acquired a 0.74% stake in the construction company at an average price of Rs 180.16 per share and Rs 179.21 per share, respectively. Additionally, Kirtan Maneklal Rupareliya bought a 1.2% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 178.92 per share.
