Still a stock specific market; may correct little more: Experts

The first day of the trading week began on a weak note with Nifty rebounding slightly in the last hour but ending at two-week closing low. However, midcaps continued to outperform.

The 30-share BSE Sensex was down 47.79 points at 29,413.66 and the 50-share NSE Nifty fell 11.50 points to 9,139.30.

SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com, Mayuresh Joshi of Angel Broking, Deepak Shenoy of Capitalmind.in, Ashwani Gujral ofashwanigujral.com and Mitessh Thakkar mitesshthakkar.com in an interview to CNBC-Tv18 spoke on stock specific action and the outlook going forward.

Thakkar said it remains a stock specific market. The index is still moving sideways, may consolidate and correct more maybe 40-50 points down.
