Shankara Building Products has announced a scheme of arrangement with Shankara Buildpro Limited, according to a company release dated September 9, 2025. The announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
The scheme, which involves Shankara Building Products being the Demerged Company and Shankara Buildpro Limited as the Resulting Company, has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, on September 9, 2025. The effective date of the scheme is April 1, 2024, as per the scheme.
The company will inform the record date for determining the eligible shareholders of the Company to whom the equity shares of Shankara Buildpro Limited would be allotted in due course.
The company requests that the above information be taken on record and treated as compliance under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
This is in continuation to their letter dated 01st September 2025, the Company (Demerged Company) and the Resulting Company have filed form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka today, i.e., 09th September 2025.
