Tata Mutual Fund has acquired a 2.81 percent stake in automotive components maker Sundaram Clayton at an average price of Rs 1,990 per share via open market transactions on May 12. The stock finished flat on the NSE.
However, promoter entity Srinivasan Trust exited Sundaram Clayton by selling its personal shareholding of 2.81 percent at an average price of Rs 1,990.09 per share.
Northern Arc Capital was also in focus, rising 1 percent. Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte acquired a 0.54 percent stake in the non-banking finance company at an average price of Rs 193 per share. However, 360 ONE Special Opportunities Fund - Series 2 sold a 2.2 percent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 194.64 per share.

Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius bought 2.03 lakh shares in Motilal Oswal Financial Services at an average price of Rs 679.5 per share, from Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte. The stock surged 8.3 percent to finish at Rs 736.1.
Meanwhile, promoter Dasari Uday Kumar Reddy acquired a 1.38 percent stake in Tanla Platforms at an average price of Rs 470.15 per share, from American Funds Insurance Series Global Small Capitalization Fund and Smallcap World Fund Inc. The stock gained 5.17 percent, closing at Rs 494.5.
