Two contracts, individually valued at Rs 684 crore and Rs 646 crore, will provide stable long-term revenue visibility for the company over seven-year tenure

Shares of Antony Waste Handling rose over 17% on December 18 to Rs 510 apiece after the firm won contracts to the tune of Rs 1,330 crore.

Joint venture of waste management company's unit wins two contracts worth total of Rs 1,330 crore from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for collection, transportation of municipal solid waste in Mumbai.

Two contracts, individually valued at Rs 684 crore and Rs 646 crore, will provide stable long-term revenue visibility for the company over seven-year tenure.

So far in 2025, the stock fell nearly 20%.

On December 17, Antony Waste Handling announced that its material subsidiary, AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited,

has been awarded two large-scale Collection & Transportation (C&T) contracts by the BMC.

The contracts have been awarded to a consortium/Joint Venture comprising AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited (51%), M/s. Jigar Transport Company (29%), and M/s. M. K. Enterprises (20%).

Under the terms of the contracts, the Joint Venture will manage the collection and transportation of approximately 1,250 metric tonnes per day (MTPD) of municipal solid waste across key Mumbai wards. This includes: 650 MTPD from A, B, C, and D Wards and 600 MTPD from N, S, and T Wards.
