Studio LSD shares made a weak stock market debut on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), listing at a 20 percent discount from the IPO price.
Shares of Studio LSD Ltd listed at Rs 43.20 per share on the NSE Emerge platform, a discount of 20 percent from the issue price. The Rs 70.13-crore SME issue had a price band of Rs 51 - 54. The total market capitalization post listing of shares of the company stood at Rs 224.17 crore.
The initial public offering (IPO), which was open for subscription from August 18 to 20, received an overall subscription of 3.23 times in the primary market.
Studio LSD, set up in 2017, is a multimedia production company focused on creating original content for television and over-the-top (OTT) platforms. Its operations cover the entire production cycle, including concept development, scripting, post-production and distribution.
The firm has developed a wide range of digital series and television content, working on high-quality projects across specific genres. As of January 2025, it had 16 employees across functions.
