Clean Max IPO share allotment is expected to be finalised later tonight, February 26, after the issue drew an investor demand of 94 percent in the primary market.

The Rs 3,100-crore Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions IPO was open for subscription between February 23-25. The commercial and industrial renewable energy provider had fixed the price band at Rs 1,000-1053 per share. Ahead of the public bidding, the company raised Rs 921 crore from anchor investors.

IPO Applicants can check their Clean Max IPO allotment status on the official website of the registrar, MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd (formerly Link Intime India Pvt Ltd), by entering their application number or PAN. The status will also be available on the BSE and NSE websites.

Gaurav Garg, Lemonn Markets Desk, said "The Rs3,100-crore IPO of Clean Max Enviro Energy was subscribed 94 per cent on the last day of bidding, reflecting a measured investor response in the current market environment. The trend suggests that while institutions appear constructive on the business model, broader investor participation remained cautious, likely factoring in valuation comfort, capital intensity, and near-term return visibility. For investors, this issue underscores the importance of aligning expectations with long-term execution rather than short-term listing performance."
