The government hopes to finalise guidelines for an infrastructure debt fund by June, Economic Affairs Secretary R. Gopalan said on Wednesday.

Asia's third-largest economy plans to spend USD 1.5 trillion on its creaking infrastructure in the 10 years to 2017 to expand its choked road network, build power plants and lay rail tracks to foster higher growth.
