Mrs Bectors Food Specialities Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 35 crore for the December quarter of FY24, up 23.6 percent from the same quarter of the previous financial year.

The company's revenue at Rs 429 crore was 17 percent higher from Rs 368 crore in the year-ago quarter, the company said in a regulatory filing on February 8 .

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBIDTA) for the quarter was at Rs 61 crore growing by 20 percent. EBIDTA margin was at 14.2 percent compared to 14 percent in the year ago period.

The Board of Directors announced an interim dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 10 for the fiscal year 2023-2024. The record date for the payment of this interim dividend has been set as February 21, 2024.

Shares of Mrs Bectors Food Specialities was trading 7.57 percent down at Rs 1142.45 at 2:33 pm on BSE.
