GNA Axles is buzzing in trade on the back of strong North America class 8 truck orders. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Rakesh Kumar, CFO of GNA Axles spoke about the latest happenings in the company and his outlook going ahead.
Class 8 trucks account for 50 percent of total orders from North America, said Kumar.
"We are setting up new facility for sport utility vehicle (SUV) axles. We are planning to start commercial production in the year FY19-20," he said.
Will require around Rs 50 crore for setting up a new plant, he added.
He further said that the total capacity of the company post expansion will be 4.5 million.
He expects revenue around Rs 750 crore in FY20.
