Shares of Hanung Toys and Textiles touched a new 52-week high of Rs 179.55, up 5 percent on Tuesday as the company is going to issue 30 lakh preference shares to promoter group.
Yesterday the Board of Directors of the company said they have decided to issue 30,00,000 equity shares as preferential allotment to promoter group as per SEBI Guidelines. "The shareholders approval for the said preferential allotment of equity share would be through postal ballot as per section 192A of the Companies Act 1956," the company said in a press release.
At 09:34 hours IST, the stock rose 3.51 percent to Rs 177 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Market capitalisation of the company currently stands at Rs 445.83 crore.Also Read
