Foseco India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 20, 2011, inter alia, to consider the unaudited results for the fourth quarter & audited results for the year ending December 31, 2010 and also to consider and if thought fit, to declare fourth & final dividend for the year 2010.
