      Aarti Drugs Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 02, 2011 have recommended dividend of Rs. 2.50 ps. (25%) per share on Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up. The aforesaid Interim Dividend will be dispatched to registered members of the Company on February 15, 2011.
