Lakshmi Overseas Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2011, inter alia, for considering, the following matters:
1. To consider and approve audited accounts of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2010.
2. To consider declaration of dividend.
3. To determine the period for the closure of the register of members and the share transfer books of the Company.
4. To fix the date of annual general meeting and matters related thereto.
