Abbott India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 28, 2011, inter alia, for the following:

1. To consider and approve the text of the audited Financial Results for the thirteen months period ended December 31, 2010.

2. To consider and approve the audited Financial Accounts for the thirteen months period ended December 31. 2010.

3. To recommend final dividend.
