Western Ministil Ltd has informed BSE that 41st AGM of the Company convened on September 22, 2015 in accordance with the notice dated August 12, 2015 has been adjourned for want of the requisite quorum.The date of adjourned meeting shall be the same day in the next week i.e. September 28, 2015 at the same time (10.00 AM.) and same place.
